1. (b) A domestic corporation, domestic other entity, foreign corporation, or foreign other entity may convert to a domestic limited partnership under IC 23-1-38.5 .
2. (c) A domestic limited partnership may convert to a domestic corporation, domestic other entity, foreign corporation, or foreign other entity under IC 23-1-38.5 .

Sec. 14. (a) As used in this section, "other entity" has the meaning set forth in IC 23-1-38.5-1 .
