Annual benefit report; benefit corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an annual benefit report for a benefit corporation:

(1) Ten dollars ($10) for an electronic filing.
(2) Fifteen dollars ($15) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
