1. (1) Seventy-five dollars ($75), in the case of a for-profit entity.
2. (2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.

3. (b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of merger in a manner other than electronically:

   1. (1) Ninety dollars ($90), in the case of a for-profit entity.
   2. (2) Thirty dollars ($30), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.
