Articles of dissolution; domestic business corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of dissolution of a domestic business corporation:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
