1. (1) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a for-profit entity.
2. (2) Ten dollars ($10), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.

3. (b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a biennial report in a manner other than electronically:

   1. (1) Fifty dollars ($50), in the case of a for-profit entity.
   2. (2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.
