1. (1) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a for-profit entity.
2. (2) Twenty dollars ($20) for a nonprofit corporation.

3. (b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a foreign registration statement in a manner other than electronically:

   1. (1) One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for a for-profit entity.
   2. (2) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a nonprofit corporation.
