The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing the articles of organization of a domestic master limited liability company:

1. (1) Two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225) for an electronic filing.
2. (2) Two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
