The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a restatement of the articles of incorporation of a domestic nonprofit corporation or restatement of the articles of incorporation of a domestic nonprofit corporation with amendment:

1. (1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
2. (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
