Ind. Code § 23-0.5-9-15
Articles of amendment to articles of incorporation; domestic nonprofit corporation
As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of amendment to the articles of incorporation of a domestic nonprofit corporation:
(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
