Certificate of cancellation; limited partnership

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a certificate of cancellation for a limited partnership:

(1) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for an electronic filing.
(2) Ninety dollars ($90) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
