The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a restated certificate of limited partnership or a restated certificate of limited partnership with amendments for a domestic limited partnership:

1. (1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
2. (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
