A covered entity may not discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability because of the disability of that individual in regard to any of the following:

1. (1) Job application procedures.
2. (2) The hiring, advancement, or discharge of employees.
3. (3) Employee compensation.
4. (4) Job training.
5. (5) Other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
