The employment contract of a person who:

1. (1) works with children; and

2. (2) is convicted of:

   1. (A) rape ( IC 35-42-4-1 ), if the victim is less than eighteen (18) years of age;
   2. (B) criminal deviate conduct ( IC 35-42-4-2 ) (repealed), if the victim is less than eighteen (18) years of age;
   3. (C) child molesting ( IC 35-42-4-3 );
   4. (D) child exploitation ( IC 35-42-4-4 );
   5. (E) vicarious sexual gratification ( IC 35-42-4-5 );
   6. (F) child solicitation ( IC 35-42-4-6 );
   7. (G) child seduction ( IC 35-42-4-7 ); or
   8. (H) incest ( IC 35-46-1-3 ), if the victim is less than eighteen

   9. (18) years of age;

      may be canceled by the person's employer.
