Ind. Code § 22-4.1-21-2
"Authorization"

As used in this chapter, "authorization" means a formal determination by the department that a:
- (1) noncredit bearing; and
(2) nondegree granting;
postsecondary proprietary educational institution may offer courses or training in Indiana.
