Ind. Code § 22-4-32-6

Disputes; parties

Any interested party to the dispute shall mean and include:

  1. (1) the protesting employing unit;
  2. (2) the individual protesting the definition of employment under IC 22-4-8 ;
  3. (3) the commissioner; and
  4. (4) any person appearing to the liability administrative law judge to be necessary or indispensable to the determination of the issues involved in the hearing.
