Except as provided in section 1(b) through 1(e) of this chapter and IC 22-4-37-3 , each employer shall pay contributions equal to the amount determined or estimated by the department under section 6 of this chapter, IC 22-4-11-2 , IC 22-4-11-3.5 , and IC 22-4-11.5 .
