Ind. Code § 22-2-13-10

"Sibling"

As added by P.L.151-2007, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.45-2009, SEC.4.

As used in this chapter, "sibling" means:

  1. (1) a biological brother or sister;
  2. (2) an adoptive brother or sister;
  3. (3) a foster brother or sister; or
  4. (4) a stepbrother or stepsister.
