Exercise of power to adopt rules by commission

(a) The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this article, IC 22-12 , IC 22-14 , and IC 22-15 .
(b) Any power of the state fire marshal or the division of fire and building safety to adopt rules shall be exercised by the commission.
