Note: This version of section effective until 7-1-2027. See also following repeal of this chapter, effective 7-1-2027.

1. (b) The member appointed by the governor serves as the commission's chair at the governor's pleasure.
2. (c) The commission shall, from the commission's members, elect a vice chair of the commission. The vice chair shall, in the absence of the chair, perform the duties of the chair.

Sec. 5. (a) The governor shall appoint a member of the commission to be the commission's chair.
