Ind. Code § 21-43-4-2

Actions not prohibited

This chapter does not prohibit:

  1. (1) a student from enrolling in or attending an education program when the student is not required to be in attendance at the student's school corporation;
  2. (2) a school corporation from:

    1. (A) providing a supplemental postsecondary education program to students; and
    2. (B) permitting a student to attend an education program during the regular school day or regular school year; or
  3. (3) an eligible institution from permitting a student of a school corporation to enroll in or attend a course offered or sponsored by the eligible institution.
