Ind. Code § 21-42-7-1

"Military service"

As added by P.L.57-2012, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "military service" means service performed while an active member of any of the following:

  1. (1) The armed forces of the United States.
  2. (2) A reserve component of the armed forces of the United States.
  3. (3) The National Guard.
