- (a) The definitions in IC 20-18-2 apply throughout this section.
(b) This section applies to a high school that is:
- (1) a public school, including a charter school;
- (2) a state accredited nonpublic school; or
- (3) an eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7 ).
(c) The commission for higher education, in collaboration with the department, shall:
- (1) review each feasibility report submitted by each high school; and
- (2) provide guidance to the applicable high school on removing any barriers that prevent or hinder the high school from offering the Indiana college core.
