Transfer credits; equivalency testing

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.283.

A state educational institution shall:

  1. (1) accept the transfer credit of an appropriate course successfully completed by a student at another state educational institution having the same level of accreditation; or
  2. (2) allow the student to receive equal credit by successfully completing equivalency testing in the subject area.
