Ind. Code § 21-42-1-4

"School for biblical and religious instruction"

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.283.

"School for biblical and religious instruction" means a school that teaches biblical and religious education conducted and maintained by:

  1. (1) an association;
  2. (2) a college;
  3. (3) a seminary;
  4. (4) a foundation; or
  5. (5) a school organized for religious instruction;

    and incorporated under the laws of Indiana.
