Ind. Code § 21-41-15-3

Three year baccalaureate degree program offerings

As added by P.L.94-2024, SEC.7.
  1. (a) Not later than July 1, 2025, each state educational institution shall offer at least one (1) baccalaureate degree program specifically structured to allow a full-time student to complete the baccalaureate degree program within three (3) years.
  2. (b) A baccalaureate degree program described in subsection (a):

    1. (1) must include specialized coaching and guidance;
    2. (2) must include opportunities for a student to engage in experiential and work based learning; and
    3. (3) may not require a student to have already earned credit hours during high school as postsecondary credit through a:

      1. (A) dual credit course;
      2. (B) dual enrollment course; or
      3. (C) similar early college program.
