Ind. Code § 21-41-1-2

"Board of trustees"

"Board of trustees":

  1. (1) for purposes of IC 21-41-3 , refers to the board of trustees of Ball State University; and

  2. (2) for purposes of IC 21-41-4 , refers to the board of trustees of Indiana University.
