Ind. Code § 21-40-1-8
"Health care provider"
As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.281.
"Health care provider" means a:
- (1) local health authority;
- (2) licensed physician;
- (3) licensed physician assistant;
- (4) licensed pharmacist; or
(5) registered nurse.
