Ind. Code § 21-39-3-5

Protection of employees reporting violations

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.280.

Subject to section 4 of this chapter, if an employee makes a report of a violation in conformity with this chapter, the employee may not:

  1. (1) be dismissed from employment;
  2. (2) have salary increases or employment related benefits withheld;
  3. (3) be transferred or reassigned;
  4. (4) be denied a promotion that the employee otherwise would have received; or
  5. (5) be demoted.
