Ind. Code § 21-39-1-4

"Violation"

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.280.

"Violation" refers to the existence of:

  1. (1) a violation of a federal law or regulation;
  2. (2) a violation of a state law or rule;
  3. (3) a violation of an ordinance of a political subdivision; or
  4. (4) the misuse of public resources.
