Ind. Code § 21-38-1-5

"Distinguished teacher"

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.279.

"Distinguished teacher" means an individual who:

  1. (1) has demonstrated excellence in teaching as judged by the individual's students and peers; and
  2. (2) is or will be employed in a full-time faculty position at a state educational institution.
