"Fund":

1. (1) for purposes of IC 21-38-7 , refers to the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund established by IC 5-10.4-2-1 ; and

2. (2) for purposes of IC 21-38-8 , refers to the Indiana excellence in teaching endowment established under IC 21-38-8-2 .
