Ind. Code § 21-37-5-2

Procurement of recycled paper products

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.278.

A state educational institution shall procure recycled paper products if:

  1. (1) the recycled paper products are available; and

  2. (2) it is economically feasible for the state educational institution to use the recycled paper products.
