Upon presentation of the documents required under section 11 of this chapter:

1. (1) the auditor of state shall execute a deed of conveyance to the purchaser;
2. (2) the governor shall sign the deed; and

3. (3) the auditor of state shall officially attest the deed with the seal of the state of Indiana.
