"User", for purposes of IC 21-35-7 , means any of the following that has entered into a financing agreement with a state educational institution or developer in contemplation of the user's use of the facilities referred to in the agreement:

1. (1) A person.
2. (2) A firm.
3. (3) A partnership.
4. (4) A limited liability company.
5. (5) A trust.
6. (6) An association.

7. (7) A corporation.
