Ind. Code § 21-34-5-2

Collection of building facilities fees

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.275.

A building facilities fee may be collected from:

  1. (1) the students attending the state educational institution and the various divisions of the state educational institution; and

  2. (2) other persons enjoying the use of the facilities of the state educational institution and the divisions of the state educational institution.
