Indiana University board; authority to acquire real and personal property

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.272.

The board of trustees of Indiana University may:

  1. (1) possess all the real and personal property of Indiana University for its benefit;
  2. (2) take and hold, in their corporate name, any real or personal property for the benefit of Indiana University; and
  3. (3) expend the income of Indiana University for its benefit.
