Ind. Code § 21-30-5-2

Board; acceptance of gifts, devises, and bequests

The board of trustees may accept gifts, bequests, and devises of personal and real property:

  1. (1) for the maintenance, use, or benefit of Vincennes University; or

  2. (2) to be administered for other public charitable purposes, for the benefit or use of students of Vincennes University.
