Board; appointments

  1. (a) The governor shall appoint ten (10) trustees for Purdue University for the term beginning on July 1 in conformity with this chapter.

  2. (b) The general assembly urges the governor to appoint at least one (1) resident of Allen County to the board of trustees of Purdue University.
