Board; appointments

  1. (a) The governor shall appoint ten (10) trustees for Purdue University for the term beginning on July 1 in conformity with this chapter.

  2. (b) The general assembly urges the governor to appoint at least one

    1. (1) resident of Allen County to the board of trustees of Purdue University.
