Board; residency requirement

  1. (a) At least five (5) of the members appointed to the board of trustees must be residents of Indiana.

  2. (b) This subsection does not apply to the student trustee appointed to the board of trustees. Not more than three (3) of the members of the board of trustees may reside in the same county.
