Sec. 5. The board for proprietary education shall require each postsecondary credit bearing proprietary educational institution to include in each curriculum catalog and promotional brochure the following:

1. (1) A statement indicating that the postsecondary credit bearing proprietary educational institution is authorized by the board for proprietary education under this chapter.
2. (2) The board for proprietary education's mailing address and telephone number.
