Ind. Code § 21-18.5-1-7
Transfer of certain rights, duties, obligations, and responsibilities to the commission for higher education

Sec. 7. All of the rights, duties, obligations, and responsibilities transferred from the Indiana commission on proprietary education to the board for proprietary education established by IC 21-18.5-5-1 (before its repeal) under this chapter are transferred to the commission for higher education, including the following:
- (1) The rights, liabilities, penalties, crimes, and proceedings described in section 4(b) of this chapter continue and are imposed and enforced by the commission for higher education.
- (2) The powers and duties described in section 5(c) of this chapter are transferred to the commission for higher education.
- (3) An accreditation granted or a permit issued as described in sections 5(g) of this chapter is treated as an authorization by the commission for higher education.
- (4) Any proceedings pending as described in section 5(i) of this chapter are transferred to the commission for higher education.
