Ind. Code § 21-17-6-4

Redevelopment plan; conformity and requirements

A redevelopment plan must conform to the:

  1. (1) general plan of the locality as a whole; and

  2. (2) requirements of IC 36-7 with respect to the content of redevelopment or urban renewal plans.
