All:

1. (1) banks;
2. (2) bankers;
3. (3) trust companies;
4. (4) savings banks and institutions;
5. (5) building and loan associations;
6. (6) saving and loan associations;
7. (7) investment companies;
8. (8) insurance companies and associations; and

9. (9) executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries;

   may legally invest any sinking funds, money, or other funds that belong to them or are within their control in any bonds or notes issued under this chapter.
