"Eligible secondary school student"

"Eligible secondary school student" means a student, beginning with the cohort of students that is expected to graduate in the 2022-2023 school year, who:
- (1) is enrolled in a secondary school in Indiana; and
- (2) meets any other criteria established by the commission.
