Ind. Code § 21-14-1-2.7
"Armed forces of the United States"
As added by P.L.144-2007, SEC.23. Amended by P.L.238-2025, SEC.58.
For purposes of IC 21-14-9 , "armed forces of the United States" means the following:
- (1) The United States Air Force.
- (2) The United States Army.
- (3) The United States Coast Guard.
- (4) The United States Marine Corps.
- (5) The United States Navy.
- (6) The United States Space Force.
