Ind. Code § 21-13-9-2
"Primary care"

As used in this chapter, "primary care" means the practice of medicine in any of the following areas:
- (1) Family practice.
- (2) Pediatrics.
- (3) Obstetrics and gynecology.
- (4) Internal medicine.
- (5) Psychiatric.
