Ind. Code § 21-13-8-0.5
"Underserved county"

As used in this chapter, "underserved county" means one (1) or more of the following:
- (1) Allen County.
- (2) Marion County.
- (3) Lake County.
- (4) St. Joseph County.
- (5) Vanderburgh County.
