1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), an eligible choice scholarship student is entitled to a choice scholarship under this chapter for each school year that the eligible choice scholarship student enrolls in an eligible school.
2. (b) An eligible choice scholarship student is not entitled to a choice scholarship under this chapter for a particular year if the eligible choice scholarship student receives an annual grant amount under IC 20-51.4-4-2 under the Indiana education scholarship account program for the same school year.
