1. (a) The state board shall carry out this chapter.
2. (b) The secretary of education shall, from funds appropriated for administering this chapter, provide office space and employees to enable the state board to perform the duties required under this chapter.

3. (c) The state board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary for the proper administration of the veterans memorial school construction fund and for carrying out this chapter.
