In addition to the amount a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support, each school corporation is entitled to receive a grant for career and technical education programs. The amount of the grant is determined as follows:

1. (1) For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2015, and ending before July 1, 2018, under section 12 of this chapter.

2. (2) For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2018, under section 15 of this chapter.
